Returns

Not the right fit? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@vevellae.com with your order number and a short note — we’ll review your request and, depending on your order, offer a refund or a replacement.

Good to know

Returned organizers should be unused, clean and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are not refunded. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
