Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 (USD), and it's free on orders over $50 — for example, any 2-organizer or 3-organizer bundle ships free. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 14 days, email us and we will make it right.
